Use the form below to opt out, or to request access to, deletion of, or correction of the personal information we hold about you.
We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a valid opt-out request for the browser sending the signal.
Important limitation
Opting out stops future sale or sharing by us. It does not retract information already transmitted to a provider or network partner before your request. To stop contact from a provider you were already matched with, contact that provider directly, or reply STOP to their text messages.
Verification and response timeframe
- Identity verification: To protect your privacy and prevent unauthorized access, we may contact you at the email or phone number provided to verify your identity before fulfilling access, deletion, or correction requests.
- Response timeframe: We will confirm receipt and provide a substantive response within 45 days, as required by California law (or notify you if an extension is permitted by statute).
- Authorized agents: An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf by emailing support@getlocalexperts.com with the subject line "Authorized Agent Privacy Request" along with written proof of authorization and verification of identity.
- Non-California residents: Residents of other U.S. states with active privacy laws (including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, and Utah) may also use this form to exercise their statutory privacy rights.
